These terms apply to the VZen website, learning app, and teacher studio. By using VZen, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to admin@youka.io.

Your account and access

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Use only accounts, invitations, and roles you are authorized to use. Signing in does not automatically grant access to a course or teacher tools. If you use VZen on behalf of an organization, you must have permission to do so. If you cannot legally agree to these terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use.

Learning and AI features

VZen supports teaching and learning, including AI-generated conversations and voice responses. AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your judgment and check important information with a qualified person. VZen is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or other professional advice, and is not an emergency service.

Your content

You retain your rights in the materials you submit. You give VZen permission to host, process, and display those materials as needed to provide the features you use. Submit only content you have the right to use and share, and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.

Acceptable use

Do not use VZen for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, or attempts to bypass access controls. Do not interfere with the service or access another person’s data without permission. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

Privacy

Our privacy policy describes the information we process, the providers involved, and how to contact us about your information.

Availability and changes

VZen is evolving. Features may change or become unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular learning outcome. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. If these terms change, we will publish the updated version and date here.

Ending use

You can stop using VZen at any time. To request deletion of your account and personal information, contact admin@youka.io.
